This policy explains what personal information hinatravells.uk (“the site”, “I”, “me”) collects, why, and what your rights are under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who I am
The site is run by hinatravells, based in the United Kingdom. I am the “data controller” for information collected through the site. You can contact me at hinatravells@gmail.com.

- Comments and messages. If you leave a comment or contact me, I collect your name, email address, the message, and your IP address. I use this to reply to you and to prevent spam.
- Site statistics. The site uses analytics (such as Jetpack/WordPress.com Stats) that record anonymous or pseudonymous information like pages viewed, referrer, device type and approximate location. I use this to understand which content is helpful.
- Email subscriptions (if offered). Your email address, so I can send you the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
- Purchases of guides (if offered). Payments are handled by the payment provider named at checkout. I do not see or store your full card details.
Legal basis
I rely on your consent (for non-essential cookies, advertising and subscriptions), my legitimate interests (running and securing the site, understanding how it is used), and contract (delivering anything you buy).
